We ordered this radio and it arrived damaged from shippers. Very well packed but damaged nevertheless. Contacted the seller and they sent a second Radio with a return shipping label for the damaged one. The replacement Radio literally looks new. Dated 1997 but not a scratch on it. Hooked it up and we now have a working Radio/CD/Tape player. United Radio Company is amazing!
