    Do not buy from this seller. The supposed advertised brand new factory sealed pinball game came to me used. The box it came in was open, the plastic film that is usually on the face of the pinball machine was removed which created scratches all over it. The feet of the machine were already assembled on. I contacted the seller to indicate about the false product description. The seller tried to blame me and was rude. Filing a report.

    I received a Navy colored belt, instead of the Black belt I ordered. The seller tried to say the picture of the belt online showed it as Navy, even though the written description was for a Black belt. We had a few exchanges and he was not willing to accept responsibility for the error. He said he did not have a black belt to send me. I offered to send the Navy belt back if he would give me his address, but received no response from him. I was not satisfied by his unwillingness to resolve this.

    This seller sent me the wrong sized Nike belt. Instead of the advertised M 36-38, I received a M 34-36. I messaged them about this error and asked them to send me the correct size, which they responded with, “We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.” and “No!” to sending me the 36-38 belt. Since the sale included the condition “Returns not accepted,” I can’t return the belt for a refund. Regardless, they should refund me the entire amount of sale. Not my fault! It’s the right thing to do..
