I ordered a pram few weeks ago and received no updates on the delivery status until I reached out. The seller blamed the delay on the factory but provided no further information until I contacted them again. They send a way cheaper pram despite my instruction to not deliver it and are refusing to give a date when they will deliver the correct prom. Now they want to collect the incorrect delivery without sending the pram. This is a scam.
