    The item met my expectation, but firstly it say 3-5 day delivery, it was intact 2 weeks later I got it and that was only due to me contacting them to ask where it was, secondly, there was no instruction on how to build it up or how the attachments went on, and thirdly, the isofix base was missing, apon contacting them again about the instructions and isofix, I was sent a picture of the instructions and the isofix base was then sent to the wrong address. I'm just glad the baby is not due yet.

    I sincerely apologize, the pram was delivered on time within 10 business days as stated on our ebay. Yes, the Isofix base was lost by the courier company so we sent a new one and it was eventually delivered to the customer. I apologize again for the inconvenience.
