Purchased a right handed Blue course Artero "McClellan style" hand stripping knife and was sent a left handed Red fine stripping knife. I asked to return it so I could get the item I ordered. He then denied that he sent me that item I claimed to receive. Rude & unprofessional!!!! Ebay ruled in my favor!
