These are genuine Murata product straight out of the Murata package, we have sold hundreds of them to satisfied customers, so either the buyer doesn't know what he was buying or understand how to use it, or much more likely a French customer we already banned for saying he had not received this product leaving malicious negative feedback - he leaves a lot of it if you look. Anyway reported to ebay and banned, the items are perfect - oh and why didnt you bother to contact us first ???

L'acheteur fait appliquer une TVA de 20% pour la France sur la totalité du montant de la commande (voir pièce jointe). L'objet acheté coute 2,95 GBP et le transport 5 GBP, la TVA a été calculé sur 7,95 GBP !!! La Douane Françaises m'a appliquée une Taxe de 9 € (voir piège jointe). Donc au final, l'objet caché 2,95 GBP, m'aura couté 20,95€ !!! Buyer was so thick he paid the French taxes twice. EBay already collect all taxes for the EU, he paid them once then paid them twice, and that is my fault ?? Speechless. We made £1.51 on the order and for that we had to buy the stock in the first place and store it for years. WHY IS IT MY FAULT YOU PAID TAXES TWICE ??? I hate eBay because of things like this. We refunded him and banned him.
