I am not sure how that can be. You were provided with photos of the actual item as well as the part number in photo and text form. Didn't you verify what you were buying prior to making the purchase? Items received - One Worked one did not! Althought included with the remote openers was a test results check list stating the units and battery were checked one of the remotes had a dead battery... Battery replaced and all worked well... Dead battery would not register any voltage using a good meter!
