Probably damage of the product and not from shipping; thus content inside the product was damaged too = book bent, plate bent, and cartridge bent. Was issued two different tracking numbers, hard to keep track of it all. Item wasn't really protected just stuffed with packing paper, none the less item arrived with all items!
