The stud comes up from the bottom and nut is on top. If you switch around it will not contact the wheel (mounts exactly the same as OE). Thank you.

The kit I received did not have all of the correct components in the package. I think it may have been an issue with Tusk and not the seller, so I can t blame BFE. After some back and forth, we got it figured out. I do appreciate their effort to get me the correct parts.
