Für die Verbindung mit dem Rechner wird die SAS 600-Schnittstelle verwendet und das Speichervermögen von 4 TB bietet reichhaltig Platz für jede Daten- und Mediensammlung. Mit einer Geschwindigkeit von 7200 rpm und einer Cachegröße von 128 MB eignet sie sich auch für die Verwendung in kleineren Serversystemen im Heim- und Bürogebrauch. Durch die PowerChoice-Optionen lässt sich der Stromverbrauch stark senken.
