Very useful YouTube video titled 'How to Install Cross Bars on 2005 Saturn Vue with OEM roof rails. Use longer standoff on front holes. Correct order: 1) remove OEM torx head on rails carefully, but not position 1, 2 or 7 2) replace with split washer, then standoff 3) bracket, washer, split washer, washer, M6 20mm 4) use M6 16mm to attach bar fastened with washer and nut.
