The item according to the tracking was never delivered to the courier service. Despite messaging the seller they fobbed me off on countless occasions referring me to check tracking. I would send them screen shots from tracking that the item was never sent. They stopped responding and I had to wait 5 weeks to resolve the issue and receive a refund. Very disappointing.
