We did not receive the replacement. We contacted the seller 2 more times and while they assured us it was shipped, we STILL have not received the cable. The item itself appears to be a good one, but without the cable it is not going to work for us. We use it when we go camping and have been struggling with our service because we did not receive the complete package. Very disappointed.Follow-up from: e***e- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.UPDATE: The missing cable was finally resent and delivered to us. We are happy with the product and it works as intended, however, the cable took almost a month for us to receive and we had to follow up with several emails before getting it resent. I would (if Ebay allowed) give a 4-star rating as the product was good, but the service fell short of excellent.
