Contacted the seller to inquire why one of the HDMI protective covers and 2 cable ties were loose inside the box. The response was basically they opened to test it since they got it in an auction. Sooo, it wasn't NEW after all if it was already opened. Looking back at the listing, it does show pics of everything out of the box which means that it was no longer "brand-new, unused, unopened".
