This was specially useful when importing high valuable articles to Europe which may need to include special import guidelines. The article was a laptop with QWERTY keyboard layout with Chinese characters. Although originally intended for Chinese or Taiwanese markets, after some time, I was able to register and activate the product warranty after contacting ASUS France customer support.
