I sent a photo and a brief message to the seller explaining the situation and with no hesitation was offered a full refund. Great seller not so much Evri couriers.. I think maybe a label on the outside of the parcel saying fragile may of helped with this problem but who knows. A big thank you to Wa Na Hong Oriental Supermarket 👍🏽
