I'd rate it neutral if I don't have to go thru all the hassle of doing it. I bought and paid for it on Nov 1, and the seller delivered it to the carrier on Nov 9 - TARDY as if it doesn't already take long to arrive from China to CA. Then the seller sent a message on Nov 11 that it was on its way in a bragging tone. It took another 12 days to finally arrive. One time deal with this seller is enough when there are many prompt acting sellers abundantly. On the plus side, it is packaged well.

The unit stopped working the first day. After some haggling, the seller refunded fully without me returning the unit or without seeing the picture which was useless since the item looked fine from outside.
