This company is a scam, these guys need to be in Jail and EBay needs to look after customers better or we will go elsewhere. FIX THIS NOW

They responded 5 days later that my cancellation request was denied yet I never received the item and there was no tracking number. Thankfully EBay supported me and refunded me.
