They were apologising for the fact that they had their inventory numbers wrong, and that the product I'd paid for was no longer available. They offered to upgrade me to another product, or switch to a different GB capacity of the same iPod generation as the one I'd wanted to buy. Or to refund me. I appreciate the multiple ways they tried to fix the issue. I got the iPod that we discussed about, and it's perfect.
