The dress is a total different dress (black not blue) with elastic in the middle and top is not fabric, but flat tule. This item is advertised as cotton but is rayon t-shirt fabric). It’s a completely different dress that says it’s from Ann Taylor but it’s not! This is extremely disappointing and a waste of my time.
