    The listing was difficult to navigate because there were many duvets listed. The condition of the item was poor given the price. This was not stated in the description. The item was stained and missing buttons. The seller refunded a modest amount of cost (15%) and was also good with responding to messages. He did offer to refund me but I was leary of returning it in case I lost the total amount. Very disappointed

    Buyer declined my offer for to return an item for refund and instead requested and insisted on receiving a partial refund. After receiving the refund, she immediately left negative feedback. My long record of positive sales suggests the issue was not with the item.
