The hat and SERE patch were of good quality, but the patch was glued on instead of being sowed on and it came off the hat within a few days of wear. I contacted the seller and sent him photos. I did not ask for anything as I intended to sow the patch onto the hat. He offered to send me a new hat and later back tracked and wanted me to send the hat back "for study". By that time, I had sowed the patch onto the hat. I will not buy from this guy again. Poor customer service.
