    The item is not good condition. It was open when I received it and looked as if someone had used before, the content not much and even gummed together. This is my first time of experiencing such thing since I started ordering this particular product online. I am scared of using it as it might destroy my skin. Not good!

    I’m sorry to hear of your negative experience with this product. However, any deterioration would have been natural as the item was completely factory sealed and could not therefore have been used before. We simply do not sell cosmetic products that have been previously used. Once again, I do apologise for your disappointment but felt it only reasonable to set the record straight as regards the sealed status of the product
