No refund from them although I complied with what they asked of me. Item returned on 2nd November. They now repeatedly ask for a bar code and reference number - neither of which I have. I don't think they have any intention to refund my £5.49 . This is really very unsatisfactory. My husband posted this back to them in a Post Office in Fleet in Hampshire and I have sent them the receipt for postage paid - £1.45. I would be grateful if you would look into this.
