Ordered for se2020 model was sent for an iPhone 8. The seller wasnt interested in my complaint as it ‘would still fit’. I could return it if I wanted at my own expense despite it being a cheaper alternative!! It’s not what I paid for and the button now keeps making my phone turn on assistive touch constantly because of this. It also keeps clicking off screens when I’m using the phone. So as your ‘technical team’ ad used it would be fine - it isn’t! Miss- sold and completely fobbed off
