The packaging was perfect and the missing tab was not in the shipping box. I see they don't accept returns - what a surprise. The reason this part fails is that the plastic tabs break off - the one they sent me had a broken tab and there is no way you wouldn't notice . I would send you a text but I am uncertain how to do that. Not happy.
