The treads on upper outter bearing race/stem nut are not cut deep enough to even thread on to the stem. Can't even use it. The edge of the bearing race surface on this same piece is rough and jagged...razor sharp. The only way I could even assemble was to use the old race/stem nut. The quality is so bad it's not useable. Please do not buy this..
