There's just one screw that you have to take out but it's not hard to get out I have a 2003 and it didn't fit so I had to take that out. But other than that it was good. Be careful how tight you get the screws because I did break one of them off. And it's a close fit, they almost seem like they stick out too far if you don't tighten them up enough which is why I broke that one off. Oof
