I’ve bought many of their purses w/o problem and given great reviews. I got what I ordered. Not this time, they sent the wrong color. No biggie, things happen. They offered 50% off but I still wanted to return. They said they sent a return label. They DIDN’T, confirmed with eBay. Now I’m ghosted with no return label. The integrity of a business is proven when there is a problem. How disappointing and unprofessional. Whatever they respond to this, it’s not true. Just send the label already?!!
