      I ordered an item I needed urgently for my external aquarium filter and the Item went missing in the post and tracking wasn’t updating at all so I couldn’t even see if the item was sent. I opened a request and was told they wouldn’t send a replacement unless I closed the request first.. I ended up getting a refund but by the time I ordered from someone else and received the part I needed one of my big aquarium fish died. I messaged the seller many times saying it was urgent.
