    There is no driver for my R II series plotter in their list. With out a driver, their software is useless!!! I was told that they support R series plotters. Yes, they support many R series plotters. But, not the R II series!!! I have tried to get them to help of finding a driver that would work and get nothing back the useless information (multiple times) how to register and how to get to the list of drivers. They have been NO HELP!!! Don't deal with this type of company!!!
