John Stone è un poliziotto dai metodi non convenzionali. Incaricato di infiltrarsi all'interno di una violenta banda di motociclisti capeggiata dallo psicotico Chains, Stone deve cercare di inchiodare gli spietati killer che terrorizzano la città. Ben presto però si rende conto che la banda rappresenta una minaccia ben più pericolosa del previsto: Chain e i suoi ragazzi stanno infatti progettando l'assalto al tribunale della città per far evadere un loro complice. Stone è solo contro un gruppo di assassini ma per i suoi avversari non ci sarà scampo.
