If I did not know that I would think they were brand new. They were immaculate. They came in a box sized to custom fit the wheel size with cardboard corner pieces that kept the wheels from shifting. And there were soft cloth "shower cap" covers on the face of the wheels to protect them. I was able to call and get my choice of colors for the new center caps. The price was very competitive!
