    For the money you get what you pay for. Not sure why you would paint an aluminum radiator. Must have been painted and then put in a box because marks were left from the padding in the corners. Welds were not exactly in the correct spot and had to be tweaked in order to attach the fan. Side rails on the radiator actually looked like it was rusted and not cleaned before painting. But It didn't leak. Seems to cool very well. So for 100 dollars it will do for now. Would I buy again...probably not.
