Ordered house of the dead for PS5, label created but never shipped since 4/19/2024. I messaged the seller and was told massive delays with shipping which is false, I looked up online for any delays with usps in Los Angeles and none were reported. Delivery date came and went and still nothing. I had to open a case with eBay and was eventually refunded by eBay. Seller responds to open case notes with generic responses. Never again.
