    There was a big delay in shipping. I checked the tracking and the seller did his part, but it did not leave California. Since I suspected the problem was with USPS, rather than contacting eBay, I decided to contact the owner directly. He agreed to research the problem for me. I got it three days later in Virginia in perfect condition! I had a mechanic install it and it worked perfectly! I will definitely buy from this seller again.
