    I ordered the goods on 17 June 2025, with delivery expected between 2–14 July. Nothing arrived by 16 July, and the seller refunded half the item’s value. When it finally arrived, a car service found it defective. The seller asked us to return it to China for inspection. We agreed and opened an eBay ticket; then the seller said we could keep it and he’d refund in full. We had already bought a new one in the EU at a much higher price. The seller refuses to cover the difference.
