Item was wrapped in a plastic protector in a bubble mailer. There was no info of scratches on listing. Asked seller for $10 refund so I can fix the issue but keep the product. Seller refused. Item is being displayed so appearance is important. Item didn't arrive as listed and seller refused to make right.
