I paid them for a brand new griddle, and they sent me one that is broken, bent up, covered in years of cooking grease, loose random metal parts inside as well as using NO packing and shipping materials. Just an old, used greasy non working unit. And now, no response and no customer service. SCAMMER. 👎👎
