    Pump was broken due to not great packaging. Did make an offer that seller never responded to which is fine, but don’t accept offers if you’re unwilling to respond to them. It’s a waste of everyone’s time. That being said, item was priced well below anywhere else and the product is what I use daily. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase. Shipping speed was decent.     The e-reader arrived new and sealed in its original box. I ordered it after seeing so many positive reviews and because this seller had it for a great price. It was $50 more everywhere else. I returned the device the day after picking it up from my P.O. Box. All was fine with it, I just did not like nor need it any longer. It took a week to get my refund (the only negative about the process). I certainly would order from this seller again.
