    The seller sent me the wrong item and didn't answer any of my questions. I contacted eBay and returned the item through eBay. The seller received the item back on October 2nd, and he issued a refund on October 12th. Avoid this seller. 👎👎👎

    This feedback is not accurate. The item was delivered on October 2nd and returned on October 8th, as shown in the tracking record. The buyer purchased the wrong item for their device, which is why it did not fit. I promptly responded and provided the return label myself (not through eBay). Once the return was received, I issued a full refund within 4 business days. I always aim to provide honest service and quick resolutions.

    It's been quiet the saga but overall very good seller. The first item came in very bad condition and broken. I messaged the seller, at first it took a fair while for a response but eventually responses were quicker. A replacement item was swiftly dispatched, however it took quite a while for it to be delivered however that was the fault of the courier. New item arrived in pristine condition and undamaged. In conclusion the issue was eventually solved and I would use this seller again.
