Each of Rayman 2's levels is designed with re-playability in mind, as players need to be thorough and search every nook and cranny to find all collectibles. In addition, some levels have a bonus-time trial to complete, which tests all of your skills accrued to that point. From the time of its 2000 release, the game has remained a graphically appealing product on the Sega Dreamcast thanks to its cartoony art style and ample use of color. The humor in this Sega Dreamcast game is mostly of the slapstick variety, and the game remains upbeat and adventurous throughout hours of play.
