However, after several conversations this seller was supportive and very responsive in trying to resolve. The package appeared 4 days later, presumably with an unknown neighbor's help. After a very rocky delivery we received the item as described, was packaged well and shipped quickly. We understand the USPS misdelivery wasn't the seller's fault though no less frustrating.
