Arrived much earlier than anticipated, packaged incredibly well (took me a while to open it!). The chessboard itself is beautiful, the pictures in the listing did it justice! The recipient is someone interested in this very specific niche in history (championship chess in soviet era Russia, specifically) and I can't believe I found such a perfect gift! Now how do I keep it a secret until Christmas...
