      These shoes were shipped super promptly and well-packed, and the seller was very responsive to my need to return them (they were too small). They were in great shape and exactly as described; I had to choose "not as described" just because they did not fit even though they were my size and the other option was not accurate, I forget what it was. The packaging was fabulous! I recommend this seller highly! The shoes were also well-priced.

When the package was delayed, the seller made every effort to contact the post offices in both locations--where the package was stuck and where it was meant to arrive. This effort was above and beyond any that I've seen from any seller, ever. They were kind, apologetic, and attentive, even when it was beyond their control and they had done everything right. I highly recommend them. Oh--and the shoes were perfect, and as described!
