Keyboard was packaged securely and safely. I had an issue with the shipping tracking not updating for a couple of weeks, but I messaged the seller and they got the issue sorted out within a couple of days, I received the item the following week. Great service!

Package arrived damaged and I sent photos to seller. The actual antenna and its parts were still intact but a bit deeply scratched up, still functional. More tape on the box would have most likely made a difference. Item went to USA and then was returned for some reason. Then back to USA and delivered. Took longer than expected. Seller reimbursed some due to problems.
