Synopsis
Teach Yourself Levantine Arabic Levantine Arabic Verbs: Conjugation Tables, Grammar, Building Up Sentences and Arabic Dialogues. The aim of this book is to present a new method of learning colloquial Levantine Arabic which focuses on the grammatical structure of the language. I designed the book for students who can read and write using the Arabic script. It can be used for private study, with a tutor or in the classroom, and is an essential point of reference for any student of colloquial Arabic. Some teachers of Spoken Arabic claim it is an entirely different language from Modern Standard Arabic (MSA). However, Colloquial Levantine Arabic is in fact closely related to MSA. This book presents the similarities and differences between the two, allowing the student to adapt his or her knowledge of MSA in order to communicate with people in everyday situations. The student will be amazed by how quickly the transition from MSA to Colloquial Arabic can be made. The book also includes: Over 200 fully conjugated Arabic verbs Levantine Arabic Expressions Example sentences with the verbs in various tenses Relevant dialogues and essential vocabulary After studying this book the student will be able to understand the spoken language of Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and the Palestinian Territories, as the differences between these dialects are minimal. The Arabic spoken every day in the streets, homes and markets of the Levant is a rich, fascinating language. We recommend that every student of Arabic learn both MSA and Colloquial Arabic, as they represent two branches of the same language., Teach Yourself Levantine Arabic Levantine Arabic Verbs: Conjugation Tables, Grammar, Building Up Sentences and Arabic Dialogues. - n***i (5)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseMy statue was exactly as described, it was un-opened and in perfect condition! Totally wirth the price. Getting it shipped took a little long but the seller was very responsive when I messaged and sent me the tracking as soon as it was available. Plus they did a good job packaging it well enough that despite being banged up on the outside my item was completely undamaged.
- r***b (117)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseGraphic novel album was sealed, NM, great value. Seller was great and responsive to communication. Item initially did not arrive despite tracking and me calling USPS, and seller was willing to provide refund to make it right. Ultimately the package showed up days later, which was baffling; seller provided A+ customer service through all of this. Thank You!
- 2***0 (4)- Feedback left by buyer.Past 6 monthsVerified purchaseThe basket is perfectly what I ordered and as listed. It came in the factory packaging and was perfect upon delivery. Thank you postal service lol. The delivery took way longer than listed though, it was listed to come in a week from purchase, but took a whole month. I had some concerns at first, but communication with the company was top notch and they were very professional and answered most of my questions satisfyingly. Just prepare for a longer wait than listed, but I got what I bought lol.
