They appear to be a new seller and didn't know how to combine shipping, so I took time & explained how to do it. They had already shipping the first 3 DVDs, but they did combine the last 2 DVDs into 1 package. However, what they didn't do was refund me for the excess shipping paid, not even for the 2x-shipping on the last 2 DVDs.
