    Ordered 2 plates size 430x430mm and was shipped 2 plates for a smaller printer 10x10 inches. Seller was very argumentative stating they did not make that mistake. Now I'm stuck with 2 plates that do not fit my printer. I provided photos of everything they've asked for and cannot get a return label to send them back. Will not buy from again!

This falsified weight aims to match our logistics record.We previously requested a video of the product weighed individually, but you refused. It’s highly likely you bought a smaller same-shaped heated bed elsewhere, then purchased our large-sized version to fraudulently claim a free refund via false weighting.
