    NOT THE SELLER'S FAULT but the CD did not arrive. The Seller and myself engaged in good and friendly communication and were able to resolve the issue. Again, it is not the Sellers fault. I did recommend that maybe they could think about offering the buyer a choice of postage options and prices. Buyers willing to pay for tracking would then have peace of mind.
